Cutting Through Media

Carrier sheet must be used when cutting all the way through media when your cutting plotter is NOT EQUIPPED for PERF CUTTING.

Cutting all the way through media without using the carrier sheet or Perf Cutting* Feature will damage your blade and cutting plotter. Always use the Test Cut feature of your cutting plotter to ensure cutting depth.

*Perf Cutting only applies to the following cutting plotters series: FC8000, FC7000 MK2 and FC7000.

Graphtec carrier sheets are one sided tacky, developed to hold down material for "cut through" applications in order to preserve blade life and deter damage to the cutting plotter's teflon cutting strip.
