- Manually feed the media until it passes over the sensor (or until just before it reaches the floor).
While holding down the FUNC key, press the DOWN ARROW key.
- Turn the trimmer fully to the left. The orange LED goes out.
- Gradually return the trimmer to the right. Stop at the position where the orange LED lights.
- Check that the media stops at the sensor after it has been automatically taken up.
Set the selector switch on the take-up unit to “II” (Auto).
- Check that the media is not taken up when an object is placed in front of the sensor.
