The GEM System offers a complete rhinestone solution for desktop cutting applications with the CE6000-40, Silhouette CAMEO® and Craft ROBO cutters. The solution includes rhinestone stencil material, backing board, hot fix transfer tape, rhinestone setting brush, training video, assorted hot fix rhinestones, and a rhinestone starter kit. Graphtec’s recently released design software, i-DesignR® PRO 2 for the CE6000-40, and i-DesignR® Lite for the Silhouette / Craft ROBO, completes the GEM System.

The Graphtec branded supplies were developed to complement one another for flawless results at a cost effective price. Starter kits for the CE Series and the Silhouette / Craft ROBO are also available. The starter kits include the necessary rhinestone materials and a training video showing the simple design-cut-apply process.

Rhinestone Stencil Material For CE & FC series with MYLAR BACKING

This rhinestone stencil has been specially formulated to produce high quality, precise rhinestone templates to allow the rhinestones to drop into the cut template with ease. The rhinestone stencil is used in conjunction with the rhinestone backing board to provide a rigid surface for easy rhinestone application. The transfer tape is applied to the rhinestone design to lift the rhinestones for transfer to the garment.

Graphtec Rhinestone Stencil is available in 15” x 10 yard rolls.

Designed to be cut on the CE and FC series of professional cutting plotters.

Rhinestone Backing Board

Graphtec’s Rhinestone Backing Board is one part of a total Graphtec Rhinestone Solution, including the Graphtec Rhinestone Backing Stencil, Graphtec Transfer Tape and Graphtec Rhinestones. The backing board is used with the rhinestone stencil to create a rigid surface for the rhinestones to fall into the cut template. The transfer tape is applied to the rhinestone design to lift the rhinestones for transfer to the garment.

Graphtec Backing Board is available in 8.5” x 11” sheets, in packs of ten.

Rhinestone Hotfix Transfer Tape

The rhinestone hotfix transfer tape is applied to the rhinestone stencil/backing board template to allow the rhinestone design to be easily transferred from the template to garment for heat pressing.

The Graphtec Rhinestone Hotfix Transfer Tape is available in 19.7” x 32.8 ft. rolls.

Rhinestone Template Kit Craft ROBO / Silhouette

The Silhouette replacement Template Kit Includes 3 sheets of rhinestone template material, 3 backing boards and 3 sheets of transfer tape.

This kit and all contents are designed to work with and cut with the Craft ROBO CC330L-20 and Silhouette SD machines.

Graphtec Hot Fix Rhinestones

Graphtec sourced the hot fix rhinestones to ensure their quality, beauty and affordability for its customers. The hot fix rhinestones are available in 10SS, 16SS, and 20SS sizes in a variety of popular colors and are sold in 50gross packets.
