Graphtec America Doubles Warranty Coverage
Announces New Extended Service Programs

Effective immediately, Graphtec America has doubled the warranty coverage for current FC2250 Series and FC4200 Series flatbed cutters from one year to two years, upon product registration. Also effective immediately, Graphtec announces an On-Site Service Program and an Annual Service Choice Program for current FC8000, CE5000, FC2250 and FC4200 series cutters.

The On-Site Service Program puts a trained technician at the customer’s door to resolve the issue in person rather than shipping the product to an authorized repair center. This program is the most cost effective and quickest way to resolve the issue and get the customer back into production.

Silhouette Rhinestone Supplies for the Craft ROBO
Added to the Graphtec Online Store

In order to make rhinestone apparel decoration as easy and fun as possible, Graphtec America is offering a rhinestone starter kit and a complete selection of rhinestone supplies for the Craft ROBO. The starter kit includes step-by-step instructions, a rhinestone work tray, brush, clear hot fix rhinestones, hot fix transfer paper, and rhinestone template material. When the template material is cut, a pattern is created enabling rhinestones to fall into the design template. The transfer paper is used to transfer the rhinestones to the garment material or paper crafting project in one simple step.

Graphtec will offer hot fix rhinestones in a variety of colors in 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm sizes to make rhinestone apparel decorating a snap. The starter kit, rhinestones and rhinestone supplies are available at the Graphtec online store.
