GRAPHTEC GL240 MIDI DATA LOGGER COMPACT SIZE DATA LOGGER

ALL CHANNELS ISOLATED/UNIVERSAL INPUT, STANDALONE MULTI-CHANNEL

Its compact foot printcontains an isolated input system which ensures that signals are not corrupted by inputs from other channels, thus eliminating wiring concerns. The GL240s multi-type inputs are suitable for voltage, temperature, humidity, pulse, and logic signals, enabling combined measurements of different phenomena like flow, pressure, wind speed, and vacuum using proprietary transducers and sensors all in one instrument.

BUILT-IN 4GB FLASH MEMORY WITH SD CARD SUPPORT

The new GL series enables reliable long term measurment with its built-in 4GB flash memory and external SD card slot for additional storage capability. The SD card slot supports an SDHC memory card of up to 32GB. The recorded data can be either stored in GBD (Graphtec binary data) or CSV file format.

Displays the data by a bar chart

Accumulated data measured by digital sensors from the GL100-WL GS input can be displayed by a bar chart in the GL240 series. This provides information for accumulated temperature, light, and power analysis.

USEFUL FUNCTIONS

RING CAPTURE FUNCTION

Most recent data is saved when the memory is configured to a ring memory mode and circulates the recording until memory is filled Recording continues by deleting the oldest recorded files. (Number of capturing data is between 1000 to 2000000 points when using this function)

RELAY CAPTURE FUNCTION

When memory is configured in the "Relay" mode, data is saved continuously without any loss. Files are created one after another with up to 2 GB size per file.

HOT SWAPPING THE SD MEMORY CARD

SD card can be replaced during recording data when the sampling interval is 100ms or slower.

ALARM OUTPUT FUNCTION

Alarm signals can be placed using the four channel alarm output ports based on set conditions for each channel such as high, low, win in, and win out.

USB DRIVE MODE

USB drive mode enables data to be transferred to the PC from GL240 in drag & drop fashion. This mode lets GL240 becomes a flash USB Drive.

4.3" WIDE COLOR LCD

GL240 carries a clear 4.3-inch TFT color LCD monitor. (WQVGA：480×272 dot) Waveform or digital format data can be reviewed in real time. Set up conditions can also be easily viewed on the screen offering a full standalone system without the need of a PC.

3-TYPES OF POWER SOURCE

Choose from AC power supply, DC supply* or the rechargeable battery pack.*

* Optional accessories are required. DC supply needs B-514 DC Driver Cable. Battery pack (B-569) is offered as an optional accessory.

NETWORKING FEATURES

Various functions are available using the network features. Web & FTP server function, FTP client function, NTP client function

* The GL240 needs to be connected to a LAN environment using the available WLAN ports. Requires B-568 wireless LAN module.

MATCH FUNCTIONS FOR SCALING

Math Functions are available for scaled input from sensors and transducers with VDC scaled output or 4-20mA current loop.

FTP Client Function: Captured data is periodically transferred to an FTP server for backup.
NTP Client Function: The clock on the GL240 is periodically synchronized with the NTP server.
(GL240 requires connection to a LAN environment using the Ehternet/WLAN ports for networking functions.)
